Improve your posture at work

Do you sit at a desk for up to 7 hours a day, 5 days a week?

 

Does you workplace have strategies to help improve/maintain you posture?

 

It is recommeneded that you should take regular breaks from sitting down at you desk at least every 30mins. Stand up, walk around, make multiple trips to the printer, STRETCH.

 

Here are some simple stretches you can do at your workstation that will only take 5mins!

 

Simply stretching will help regulate stress, reduce head and neck tension, stimulate your postural muscles and help you refocus.
